Mash F11 while the laptop is booting and you will be able to access the recovery partition. In there just do a full system wipe/recovery/reset (whatever they call it)

That will delete everything and reinstall windows.

Windows 8 comes with preloaded windows disc sorta, you can reinstall easlly, search it up[
