Cardio and abs my friend...
Cardio and abs..

I run a ton in baseball (pitcher) and I have lost a ton of weight in my stomach. The thing is for me is that I really don't work on getting toned abs.

I have asked around before on the team and some of the stuff they have done to achieve their abs is crazy!

One guys workout:

45 pound plate for every ab workout

sit ups with weight
hanging crunches with weight
Russian twist with weight
V ups (no weight)
toe touches (weight optional)

He didn't tell me the REPs though for it.

Good luck!

**** loads of cardio and a good diet. Stay away from high-sugar foods, sweets and snacks.

Maybe buy a bike, join a fitness club.
