So, I have chubby cheeks, a tiny bit of stomach fat
I am somewhat skinny but need to start working out now!
I need a workout that is in home, I just really need to work off my whole body to lose some fat on my face.

You could do some p90x and a lot of fast paced workouts. If you want a specific workout you wanted to do pm me and I'll set one up for you

Without buying equipment do sit-ups, squats, pushups, and wall sits. Other than that buy two, 2-5 lbs weights and run in place with them.
You could also research home equipment but it is expensive.

Most of the time, typical shit like listed above doesn't really work. It's fairly too simple. You should be doing, burpees, butterfly sit-ups, U or Y pushups(whatever you're more comfortable with), one hand snatch, jumping jacks and for the nice legs squats

As MYK said, HIIT is the best way to go. Drink a LOT of water, like, 6-8 cups a day. Water is not only WAY better to drink than soda/juice, it increases your metabolism (rate of fat burning). Keeping a good diet and working out consistently will get you results, no doubt.
