I keep getting the error above. It lets me online sometimes but most of the time it doesn't let me. I have done all trouble shooting steps on rock stars website and I open all my ports for gta v. My nat type is open also. If anyone has had this issue and knows a fix to it please help me out and tell me how to fix it.

Your internet, or general area you are located in may not have a good connection with the Rockstar Game servers. Because if you are timing out, then data is taking too long to be sent and/or received by the servers. Not sure how to fix it other than opening your NAT type, which you said that you have already done. Only suggestion I can give is reseting your router and testing the connection on your console. I have never experienced this error though. Good Luck Fixing It! :bigups:

From the picture it looks like you have a great internet connection, so that shouldn't be the problem. Also if your brother plays GTA Online just fine then i'm not sure why your console can't connect as well. I guess the best thing to do is hope Rockstar replies to your ticket quickly.

Been having the same issue. My nat type is open and I don't think its my internet.

Probably due to rockstars excellent servers.
