So here is what I would like on your post if you can do this.
Answer the following questions please.
1. Do I need another xbox360 console. If so where do I get one.
2. Do I need anything extra to get it online.- where can I get this
3. Do I need xbox live gold?
4. Do I need to purchase the hacks for games like mw2 mw3 and gta v- where do I get this
5. Am I missing anything else.
6. Jtag or rgh?
Please leave where I can get the following below.

Names of what kind of jtag and key vaults are greatly appreciated.

1) No, it's optional
2) You need a stealth server (I use the free XBLSE which you can download on their website) and an Unbanned keyvault (kv).
3) Most servers spoof gold so usually you won't need to buy it.
4) Some tools and menus are paid but most things are free.
5) Set the stealth servers .xex file as plug-in #1 on Dashlaunch. Also disable xhttp and liveblock before going online.
6) Prefribly RGH Japer or Trinity.

Getting a console just to mod CoD is stupid. You'll be wasting your money. Keep in mind it'll cost $50+ to keep it online a month. Most likely more than that.
If you're going to get it anyways, do more research. Google could've solved all of this easily.
