Hi there fellow TTG members, i'm researching a subject for my school project. I would really much appreciate if you could help me out, it will only take a few seconds of your time.

Do you workout? If yes, what motivates you? If no, why not?

Thank you!!

Yes, I work out for at least an hour daily.

What motivates me is my need to compete, and the goals that I have set for myself.

Yes i work out, i try to workout in the school gym at break as well as after school or the weekends when i can. I do it because it is hard. If it was easy i would have already lost interest or achieved all my goals. Also the people around you that you can see in the gym who have put hard time and effort in to get to the stage they are at motivate me, and encourage me to keep trying untill i'm at there stage

Yes I workout, I try to go to the gym 4-5 days a week, 1 and a half hours a day.

What motivates me is the result I've managed to get, and I'm struggeling to get even more results, low bodyfat, and I feel so much better.

Yes, I workout out at least 4 days a week.

I motivate myself through RYP (remember you're poor). You can't afford to waste your time. I say these three words to motivate myself to achieve my goals.

I go to my local club where i atleast swim 7-10 mile because what motivated me was actually my obese cousin who went to university and came back with an insane athletic body and he started to save everyday and reached a point where he would swim 25 miles in one day everyday, so thats also my goal that i can swim around 15-20 miles easily

I have been hitting the gym 3-4 times a week
now for about a year and the reason for this is
because I was never happy with my body, now I feel
really happy with my body. The thing that motivates me to continue is the reason why I started.

Yes I workout. What motivates me to work out is to stay in shape because 2-3 years ago I used to way 200 lbs and over that period of time I began to work out and lost over 80lbs. I wanted to not only look better but feel better. And ever since I decided to lose weight on that day I began working out everyday since then.
