Looking for a mac under 900 preferably with 8GB ram and retina ideally , Macbook pro 13" would be good for Graphic design , Need by next september , Is that possible or would it be more expensive?

You won't get the latest version for that...

You you could pick up a used 2013 model for around that...

Retina Pro's are hella $

If you study with an educational establishment, then you can either get your discount through NUS Extra or UNiDAYS in the UK.

Anything will be fine for graphic design, it mainly depends on the programs you wish to use. If you've decided that you want a Mac and the software you use is on OSX then thats fine.
