Budget is 550 USD
Do you need a monitor? No
Do you need a keyboard? Yes (Wireless)
Do you need a mouse? Yes (Wireless)
Do you need an operating system? Windows 7 Professional
What will you use the PC for? Graphics design (C4D, PhotoShop, Intro Making, MineCraft, Online games (Pool, Bad Eggs, Casinos Games, etc)

I'll be looking to buy in the near future

Slightly over $550 after rebates;

Sightly more expensive, with a poorer GPU but better CPU for content creation, editing/rendering(photoshop and what not).
