I'm looking for any new or on going TV shows.

I would highly suggest either Sons Of Anarchy or Supernatural and if your into comedy I would suggest Louie all are on netflix Sons Of Anarchy ended this month and not all 7 seasons are on netflix yet.

I would watch those shows but there's a lot of episodes. Do you think Supernatural is worth it in the long run?

The main reason I started watching Supernatural was because the concept of the show sounded awesome and the actors on it are great and I only was gonna watch the first 2 seasons to try it out and I ended up watching all of it's episodes all the way through so if you think you can stick around for 10 seasons then yes it's worth it.

Relatively new shows that I would recommend are:

Extant
Z Nation
Orange is the new Black

I also recommend watching lost, its oldish but worth the watch IMO.
