when i charge my phone to 90% or above , without running any applications my phone dies in 20 minutes or so , i had to change the battery.
Sometimes it dies instantly goes from 100% to 1%.

It did that to me when I install Flex so I uninstalled it and it worked, so uninstall any recent tweaks you installed and see if that works.
