Okay This is my first tutorial so don't hate. This worked for me so it should work for you guys. if not just reply with your results and I'll update with what knowledge I know.

Okay Here's the tutorial.

#1: You have to find out what version of the PS3 update you have. You can do this by going to your system settings and viewing System information.

#2. Once you have found that you are gonna have to download the reverter file for your system version. They can be found here.

Once you have that and have followed that tutorial you ill need to boot into recovery menu on your console. You can do this by Turning your console off, holding the power button till it turns on then off and then holding it till you hear 2 beeps.

#3: Once you are in the recovery menu if you have the reverter on a usb you can just click system update and install the reverter update which will take you down to a jailbreakable system.
