It looks kind of rough.

It looks REALLY rough and un-detailed. It is bad that it is a vector and it looks rough man. Take the time to really show some detail and get things going your way with it. I think this has a lot of potential, but it isn't done yet.

Scruffy, not very tidy, eyes are well off

But, there is room for improvement and its not as bad as ive seen for first timers
