Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

So, when I go to launch my game "Payday: The Heist" It says failed to launch error code 54.

I've been looking everywhere and I can't seem to find a fix to it.

Have done a few checks and found alot of people simply saying to restart steam.

I assume you have done this.

So I would say go into the Steam root folder, delete everything but Steam.exe and click it.
Let it redownload all needed files
