I have completed Dead Rising 3, doing Titanfall at the moment.

What other games are easy for GS?

LocoCycle is good for Gamerscore also, I've recently found out. 7.99 on Xbox Store.
Guarenteed 700+ Gamerscore just for completing the Campaign, other 300 is pretty easy also

The lego games are pretty easy and can be fun, call of duty ghosts is pretty easy.

That locomotocyle only takes 5hrs for 1000g but once you complete it, make sure to frisbee it out the window.

max and the curse of the brotherhood is a free and easybway to earn 1000gameracore on the one. took me about 2 days to max it out

I found Watch Dogs to be pretty easy and not the time consuming in comparison to others.

Titanfall was fairly easy as well.

Cod Ghosts -- easy gamwrscore and that's on single player on veteran.
