I'm trying to gain weight in the best way possible.(Don't want stretch marks) But anyways If anyone here does weight training and can provide me with the 6 meals you eat a day(variety as well). It would be greatly appreciated.

Eat meat, protein, and work out. Are you looking for muscle weight or fat weight..?

I know that. But I need help with the meal planning, as I know people who weight train eat at least 6 times a day. Muscle weight, I'm going to be lifting while doing this.
