OfficialSilas wrote Of course it's illegal. If Microsoft doesn't make money from it. They will get rid of it. Their only pissed off cause they think their protecting the gamers, yet 60% of them are excited to see them or want their lobbies. And next people who run XBLSE make sure it's a lot more public. I hate waiting 3 days for a reply. Or they should just give free days for our troubles

I was tired of them scamming people, so I decided to report them to M$ and CloudFare. They should be down soon.

Doubt it'll happen anytime soon. You aren't the first person who reported them. Even if they are "shut down" it'll probably be as easy as changing a KV for them.

Really? Because since it's illegal they will most likely go to court meaning possible jail time and maybe just suing, but that will be enough to make them stop. They've made thousands off of this. MS isn't just going to shut them down.

I don't see that happening any time soon. They've been at it for a long time. Maybe some time, but not anytime soon. If it was that easy it would of happened already.

They're already having server issues. They could be going down as we speak.

No, multiple people are having trouble with the servers, not everyone. Eerydaynine is testing out new options/bypasses/updates on a back up server with a selected few people to test it. M$ Wont do crap.

Really? They see a chance to sue someone excess of $100k and improve Xbox Live experience and they're not going to take it? You don't know Microsoft.

$100,000 is nothing to Microsoft. They have other things to worry about than a measly $100,000.

Do you honestly think M$ Care about their customers? the could not give a crap about anything to do with the 360, its all about xbox one now. They could have brought XBLSE ages ago yet they chose not to, besides if XBLSE does come down someone will find a way to host another server, it will just be a repeated thing.

I used 100k as a minimum. Who knows how much money they could get out of suing them until they actually do? MS already told me they sent the complaint to their legal dept. It'll just be a matter of time.

But its not like they have just sent it the second you spoke to them... They could have sent it ages ago, XBLSE is also not the only online service provider out there and like i said a server will be developed if XBLSE goes down. If they really could tackle the problem then they would not ban normal consoles. M$ Say that just to re assure you so you pay for your gold every year.

Ohh, so you spoke to someone from India then. Which is technically like an "Automated Message" since they follow script.
