if you're using a modded DNS server,try switching your dns settings to automatic first, then enter gta online again. if problems persist, try finding a new session. if finding a session works for you, use that dns mod again. :bigups:

its still doing I will just be in single player and I try to go to gta online and it gives me the error

IM getting the samething, i try changing back and forth between normal and modded and it still says timedout loading session...

Same here deleted my character any everything reset my internet even tried using my account on my brothers xbox still doesn't work but my brother can play fine on his account pretty ***

restart your console, find new session, reconnect to xbox live, check and test your connection, reset DNS back to automatic, clear system cache, switch your router on and off and reconnect...

try everything you can. it might eventually work. doing find new session a couple of times works perfectly for me every time i get the following error.

if every thing persists, try getting on rockstar forums and ask the staff to assist you.

You have to unlink your social club account

Hey guys, i suffered from this same error i finally found a fix. You have to UN-link your SocialClub account on your computer. Wait a few minutes then go play GTA. I hope this works for all of you. Goodluck!
