im switching my gamertag, and I don't click the wheel for a certain ammount of time, and my controller DC's and it like switched it to like sped74 WTF, im calling them then busting there nuts.
Xbox is a bunch of chumps, this is the 3RD, time i have had to call them either about my Gold membership or GT.
