Is it possible to give someone a car not with duplicating but just give the car that you dont have it but he have it in his garage?

I've tried everything i can think of to do it and haven't been able to, so if there is then someone should seriously respond with how to.

Yes you can here are specific directions.
1. Both of you(and friend who is giving his car to you) needs a garage.
2.go to his garage and pick the car you want and get in as a passenger.
3.after he leaves the garage,dial up Gerald(or whoever offers missions,but I've only ever used Gerald) and request a mission.once you accepted the mission,do it alone and after the screen loads,you'll be driving his car now without him.
4. Bring the car back to your garage and bring the cell phone up and go to "job list". Then cancel the mission,an it'll send you back to the group or server you were previously in or playing with.
5. Ta freaking da ,you have a new car. Now go get full coverage on that bitch.
