Okay, if I delete my level 120 character which has around $20 million made from car sales and $10 million from jobs then make another character BUT transfer my money to the other character via the bank, will I be banned?
If not could I just, ya know, exploit like hell on my level 120 to get a lot of money and just throw it in the bank will that not work at all?

You will keep your money not going to say your not going to get banned there is always chance with getting doing glitches, If your really that worried about getting banned shouldn't have done it in the first place.
