PS3 doesn't ban people a lot and also its a new account, they would already have the game and I don't think they can console ban

PS3 doesn't ban people a lot and also its a new account, they would already have the game and I don't think they can console ban
if i get console banned i really woudln't care most of the games i play are on xbox
