I only have two, I know you can buy. But how did you get for it?
You buy Builder huts with gems, Gems can be bought with iTunes gift cards.
You can buy huts in the shop
Build Cost (second): 250 Gems
Build Cost (third): 500 Gems
Build Cost (fourth): 1,000 Gems
Build Cost (fifth): 2,000 Gems

I'm a level 7 townhall. I'm trying to get all purple walls right now and I'm about to upgrade my barracks so I can get dragons.
I'm debating whether or not to upgrade to level 8 town hall.
Town hall 7 is the best Level to raid at. and gain max resources from people with TH 8/9
Before you move to town hall 8 make sure that your defense is full maxed out.
Make sure to upgrade your air defense!!

You shouldn't double up on the walls on your base like you have done. Wall breaker damage goes back through up to 3 layers of wall so it is pointless
