Well guys, as a lot of the somewhat older members may know, I use to be very very fat. 38% BF and 193 pounds about. Now I'm at 10.3% BF and 144 pounds.
The before and after is below in the tumblr pic link. The video is my hero, RIP Zyzz.

It's been a hard and long road, a lot of people here hate me so I don't even know why I'm making this. I was an annoying, rude, and childish person here and for many months I've been inactive here, and it will stay that way. I only come on to talk to old buds who don't hate me(yet) and occasional posts and replies.
Thanks list: Zyzz, Rest in Peace man, you were an inspiring internet icon. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mario Novak, Chestbrah(just a bit), all the awesome guys at my gym. My personal trainer at my gym Vu, and the staff at the LA Fitness I go to for being so kind to me. Much love to you all.

You guys were all genuinely nice to me here as well, you overlooked the fact I was an annoying little sap and I thank you greatly. I game considerably less and I really have had a better life overall since the gym. I've never really had much of a set of friends in reality, I'm weird, I WAS fat, and a bit antisocial because I was scared of more ridicule. So thanks to all my internet friends for being there for me and overlooking my many flaws.
I love you guys.

i'm gonna miss you all, i dont think im gonna really be here much anymore. lol im kinda tearing up so many good memories with you guys in the thanks list, especially TDK and bulletstorm you guys are great

Pay no heed to others and what they think, stay true to yourself and in essence be yourself.
To do what you've done takes a lot of guts, dedication and will power, and I commend you for that; keep doing what you're doing and keep persevering.
