mmckenzie wrote its impossible to say nobody has escaped, many escapees are unaccounted for because if you went public about your escape there is a good chance you would be sent back

How would one even escape Alactraz? Have you seen the facility?

Also, the thread was updated with some new leaked information; you'll find confirmed perks, some new weapons, and also more about the Warden.

Why does someone always have to be "in control" of the zombies? Plus there is still no explanation as to how the M.P.D. Ever got there on moon, and it seems like the moon base had been built around it. We know it is used to control zombies and it is what made Richthofen insane, but who made it? It's nice they're doing a prequel, it may answer some questions as to how this all began.

The scripture on the M.P.D. suggests that the origins came from either the voices that Sam was hearing in the Die Rise cut scene "Mend the Rift", or it was the original Vrill-Ya theory. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say it is the Vrill-Ya, just because of all of the hints we were given about them, but really we can't be sure yet. The M.P.D.'s arrival has something to do with "aliens", that's how Treyarch is with that stuff.

Also, why someone has to be in control is beyond my understanding. I hope we'll get a better understanding in the new map, because honestly right now we're being given answers that just lead to more questions.

It's had quite a history. If you have ever toured Alcatraz, they give you detailed accounts of an escape where men collected ponchos or something like that and inflated them to make a raft, then dug with objects like spoons to get out of their cells through the wall and from there into the water where the most likely froze to death, but their bodies were never recovered. There was also a takeover of Alcatraz where a man bent the bars of his cell to slip his way through and overpower a guard. There was a fight to take it back that lasted a few days and was eventually successful. If they somehow implemented some of the crazy stuff that has gone down there, that would be pretty cool!

Then again, one of the best things in my opinion is the fact that treyarch puts things into their map that give a little bit of a concrete backstory to the zombies story, and the fans are given the opportunity to connect the dots and make the story complete.
