You can do this with 1 or more friend/s
Host to be on insane and activate the declassified mission.
Friend/s to be on Casual, get your friend to just run through the game doing it for you. But here's the trick, at the end of most missions there will be a pulsing door that ask's you to press up on the D-PAD to continue. Get your friend/s to leave before you click it and it will trick the game into thinking you are doing insane solo... Done it for my self and 2 friends. Around an hour each ACT each...

Through out the game it will say you are only earning "Bronze" but when they leave and you click continue they will go to ONYX stars... Remember the host needs to be on Insane and Activate/Except the declassified mission

I will eventually go for this achievement but seeing as I have just completed the campaign on Hardcore difficulty, I leave this for a small while.

Sick guide dude.
and when you are on Archives on bairds testimony, as soon as you get into the archives, you can go into a room on the right and there's little boxes you can walk up to and you are completely invulnerable to the serrapedes
