I've modded controllers in the past and I have always used the sync button to switch the modes. Now I would like to try using a push button but I don't know what kind of button to buy nor where to buy one. So if someone could please comment. On what kind of button to get and where to get one. That would be very helpful.

I guess you could buy another sync button and install it somewhere.
Good idea, and I believe it's doable, but sounds like a lot of effort for no real reason.

Good luck! Do a write-up once it's done!

Well I went to Radio shack and they had some buttons but I didn't want to drill a hole into the controller shell. I was too afraid I might mess up some how lol
