but what i use is createx or wicked colors water based paints

what kind of paint should I use so its not sticky and how can I make it glossy?

-- sand down controller properly
-- prime the controller with plastic primer for best results
-- when near dry , use either wicked colors paint for airbrushes or createx paint
-- do light layers and and use either an oven or heat gun to bake the paint dry between layers
-- once a few layers are done and you used oven or heat gun to fully dry it then load "clear coat" or "lacquer" into your airbrush and spray one light coat onto it
-- let the air dry it ... it might take a while
-- then do this one or two more times and if all the drying processes are done correctly then it will be smooth and glossy thanks for asking
