There are several Webpage Creators out there.
I prefer HTML but for those who do not have experience
there are programs to assist you. The ones I could suggest is

BlueVoda

BlueVoda is a easy drag and drop web page creator, where you do not need any HTML experience at all.
It's the easiest one out there , according to me. But it does not save in HTML,
I suggest you follow this guide to get your website on the net. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Price : Free
Website : http://www.bluevoda.com/

Web Page Maker

Web Page Maker is also a drag and drop web page creator, tho it has
more functions than BlueVoda Web Page Creator. It saves in HTML, and it is free.
But what I don't like about this program is that it does not optimize to people's screens. Very easy to use though.

Price : Free or 49 USD for the advanced version
Website : http://www.webpage-maker.com/

1st Page

1st Page 2000 is a professional HTML editor / website builder which lets you create great websites fast! The visually appealing program comes bundled with over 450+ Javascripts and supports all the latest web languages. Over 3+ million downloads!

Now we all want our websites to look good and cool,
so sometimes it would be good with a intro to your website for an example.
I have listed some Flash Players here that might be useful ;)

JW Player

The JW Player is the most used Flash Player at the Internet.
It is free but it has a watermark on it. So I thought I would share
a cracked version without a watermark.

Price : Free ( CRACKED )

FlowPlayer

The Flowplayer is also one of the biggest Flash Players on the internet.
Facebook has modified it and used it, so it's really the flowplayer there.
This also costs, but I got you guys another cracked version.

The pretty most important thing to make your website interesting are the images.
Now where do we find images? I have listed some useful links below.

Iconfinder

Iconfinder is a site for icons, to put in your logo or in your buttons, or just use as images.
I've searched through that site alot and it has helped me so far.
You can browse through 170,212 icons or browse 596 icon sets.
Isn't that amazing?

We all need clipart some times. It's the most used image resource online, as it was proved in 2009.
What is clipart? It is cartooned figures / icons that you can add to your website
or just print them and share with your friends.

MoonFruit
I dont know much about Moonfruit personally, but reading some reviews, it is a great forum site, or just a website creator in general. Fast, very easy to use, easy to get your site on the web, and lots of control over your site. Just click away, and in minutes have a nice site of your own. Moonfruit is one of my most favorite all it asks is that you update your site once every six months. Some of the features of a free account with Moonfruit include having a online storage which is 50MB. Moonfruit is by far the easiest to handle but lacks some basic features. The main thing i like is that there is over 500 + designs to chose from. Another great feature is the ability to upload custom fonts. If anyone is in need of fonts overall for their computer be sure to PM me. Overall a 7/10.

Price: Free or premium features cost $15, $25, and $35.
Credit to Nervous for some of the moonfruit info.

IPB(Invision Power Board)

IPB is an expensive, but good forum software. It costs roughly 200 dollars(USD) to purchase, then the renewal fee each year.. It is amazing though. You can find more information on IPB here

Where to get free software?

You all know how Websites are considered to be the Online Identities of companies as well as individuals. WWW has altered the means of communication and interaction. Circa mid 1990's Web Development is considered to be one of the best freelance activity round the globe.
I'll cover basics of all the factors that once combined are known as website. I started coding and developing websites post dreamweaver era so I'll be keep to "code-with-hand", I hope you can get maximum out of this.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I won't go into much detail about this one as its not a part of my tutotial but I can't follow up without this, The Main layout of website is known as webdesign. It is usually a mix of the preceding list. Web design is client side and depends totally on browser, 4-5 years back webdevelopers depended on "code-with-hand" using usually a notepad but new softwares like Adobe Dreamweaver and Macromedia Dreamwear MX has turned all the difficulties into a fairly user friendly environment.

PSD [Photoshop/Coral Draw]
(x)HTML(5) [Dreamweaver/Notepad]
CSS [Dreamweaver/Notepad]
FLASH [Flash CS4/Flash 8]
CUBER aka 3d Cu3er(New Dynamic Technology) [Adobe Fireworks]
Embedding Etc [Dreamweaver/Notepad]

PSD:
The .PSD (Photoshop Document), Photoshop's native format, stores an image with support for most imaging options available in Photoshop. These include layers with masks, color spaces, ICC profiles, transparency, text, alpha channels and spot colors, clipping paths, and duotone settings. Web Designers First make the layout of website using Adobe Photoshop and render the image in .PSD Format, This is then shown to clients or saved for future work. A .PSD file can be sliced into HTML/CSS/XHTML Using Slice Tool from Photoshop workspace.

HTML:
HTML, which stands for HyperText Markup Language, is the predominant markup language for web pages. It is written in the form of HTML elements consisting of "tags" surrounded by angle brackets within the web page content. It is the building blocks of all basic websites.
It allows images and objects to be embedded and can be used to create interactive forms. Since the addition of CSS in websites by W3C, HTML is nowadays used only to write content inside websites. Designing is only done with CSS.
You can learn HTML(the easiest language of website dev) using W3S [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

CSS:
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a style sheet language used to describe the presentation semantics (the look and formatting) of a document written in a markup language. Its most common application is to style web pages written in HTML and XHTML, but the language can also be applied to any kind of XML document. You can design only one CSS and apply to all pages of a single website. CSS is used for alignment and designing of websites. You can call CSS in HTML using <link href> command.
You can easily learn CSS using W3S [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

FLASH:
Flash Video has been a popular choice for websites due to the large installed user base and programmability of Flash. Flash websites usually employ cookies and are aka memory whores. A good designer will always mix flash with his html/xml instead of mixing html/xml into flash. Flash is usually used for Website Intros or in separate embed tags. Its main reason is to make website look more appealing.
Best way to learn flash IMO is [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

3d Cuber:
This was a really neat adventure into programming. The cube is usually made of 12 triangles in three-space. This is can be used to make a website more appealing without introducing .swf(flash) into it.

Ouch, I'd venture to say that Web Design section ate too much quota of this post, well nvm lolz! So once we're done with client side coding we will come to server side coding. Client side coding takes place inside browser and doesn't involve your hosting server but Server sider coding will move to and fro in between browser and server. The server side coding is usually filled with values and is used to run big websites with complete Database and Content Management Systems! Following few Factors(except Javascript) are known as Server side coding. There are so many languages working as counterparts of each other that you can only learn one and master it! Anything else you learn is good for your own Experience. I personally recommend PHP over ASP and Perl or Python.

JavaScript
PHP
ASP
MySQL
Perl/Python
.NET Mobile

JavaScript:
Many people confuse JavaScript with Sun's Java. No they're to different languages with former being hard as hell. Websites use JavaScript to identify stuff on the browser to validate info like Forms, Registrations et cetera. JavaScript is also considered client side cause it does not interfere with server. Usual pop-ups from a website are actually JavaScript. JavaScript is primarily used in the form of client-side JavaScript, implemented as part of a web browser in order to provide enhanced user interfaces and dynamic websites. However, its use in applications outside web pages is also significant.
W3S is having a detailed lesson guide [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

PHP:
is a Hypertext Preprocessor is a widely used, general-purpose scripting language that was originally designed for web development to produce dynamic web pages. For this purpose, PHP code is embedded into the HTML source document and interpreted by a web server with a PHP processor module, which generates the web page document. As a general-purpose programming language, PHP code is processed by an interpreter application in command-line mode performing desired operating system operations and producing program output on its standard output channel. It may also function as a graphical application. PHP is aka Personal Home Pages.
You can learn how to make dynamic webpages [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

ASP:
ASP is Microsoft's counterpart of PHP. Active Server Pages (ASP), also known as Classic ASP or ASP Classic, was Microsoft's first server-side script-engine for dynamically-generated web pages. Pages with the .aspx extension use compiled ASP.NET (based on Microsoft's .NET Framework).
Some serving hosts don't allow PHP(in rare cases) so you must learn basics of ASP [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

SQL:
Referred to as Structured Query Language, SQL(ite) is used to manage databases of websites, SQL is an ANSI (American National Standards Institute) standard and can access and manipulate databases without manual update. SQL is way better than its other counterpart data management Languages.
You can learn SQL using W3S [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Perl/Python
Perl is a high-level, general-purpose, interpreted, dynamic programming language. Perl was originally developed as a general-purpose Unix scripting language to make report processing easier. Since then, it has undergone many changes and revisions and become widely popular amongst programmers. Larry Wall continues to oversee development of the core language, and its upcoming version, Perl 6. You can learn more [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Python on other hand is a general-purpose high-level programming language whose design philosophy emphasizes code readability. Python aims to combine "remarkable power with very clear syntax", and its standard library is large and comprehensive. Its use of indentation for block delimiters is unusual among popular programming languages. To learn basics you can try [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

.NET Mobile:
A website without it's mobile version sounds dumb! Different mobile devices support different programming languages. Some support WAP and WML, some support HTML or a limited version of HTML, and some support both or a different language. To support all types of mobile devices, developers must create one different application for each language. With .NET Mobile, Microsoft has introduced a new platform for developing mobile applications. This language is about how to develop applications with an extension to the .NET Framework, called the Microsoft Mobile Internet Toolkit (MMIT) or simply .NET Mobile.
You can learn it using W3S [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
