Can you explain to me whats wrong with the PSU? And CPU?

Corsair's CX series has a shaky history and I've yet to find a proper review of the CX750. The AMD FX Series performs consistently worse than competing Intel products. I could go into much more detail here.

If you can Build me a new PC For about $500 that's better than that. I will get it. and i choose that Hard Drive because i needed a HDD That was SATA 3 6.0Gb/S.

There's no difference between one listed as 6 GBPS and 3 GBPS because mechanical drives come nowhere near saturating even 3 GBPS.

Yep. It's simpler than others I've seen and makes more sense. It's also much easier to update and maintain.
