Your black bank weapon save doesn't work. When I download it, it isn't the .sav file. The DLC skin one works though.

You have to put it back in the bank before yo usave and quit. IF your trying to insert guns, put it in the bank sectin fo the save editor.

i copy the guns to my bank in the editor then i start my game up and move the guns in my invertory then i move them back to the bank then save and they are not there

The Black and even some orange and white are Bank weapons you have to put them back in your Bank before you save and exit
