I was in my Biology class talking about cell crap when this idea hit me. Everything we know, thoughts, ideas, etc., is stored in our brains. (I don't care about grammar mistakes)
Since everything is stored in our brains, that means after death, all of that information is gone. Are souls move on, but are brains are still in the dead body. If this is true, then there is no such thing as meeting someone you knew after death, as the memory would be gone. If reincarnation existed, we start out with a fresh brain, with no info on it.
This saddens me, as I have many deceased family members that I now know I will never see again.
But, this still is just an idea, and not proven in anyway as fact or theory.

It's something I have thought about as well. I believe in ghosts/spirits, so this would actually contradict what spirits can do (since spirits can be intelligent and talk back to you.) I think maybe your brain help stores information, but not even most of it. I believe your soul is stored within your brain and is the thing that takes in a great majority of you thoughts, feelings, and memories.

Well , my opinion is that heaven is only a place mentioned to keep people occupied instead of fearing death.When we die , I believe that we are just reincarnated into another person that is being born.So , if that is so , than it doesn't really matter.I just think that if heaven we're real , and there are SO MANY dead people , how would you find anybody in that crowd of people?
