Go To Goodsprings
Go to Doc Mitchelles Office/house[house you start out in]
Look to the left of the Vigor tester
and on the second shelf theres like 5 stinpacks and 2 rad-x
and in the crates is scrap metal, Laser pistol, laser pistol amunition and More

any player should know this,
its more common sense.
if you want easy stimpaks, rob or find things, sell them for caps and purchase stimpaks
And this only applies at the VERY start of the game making it a terrible 'find'

Or you could just do the glitch to get unlimited stimpacks...

I prefer the Ultimate Theft Glitch, i can steal from any trader and or shop with it (Bottle Caps)
