well i dont play halo and some friends were tallking and they said they were happy that halo was bringing Spartans back and i asked what the difference was between a spartan and a reg. soldier, and they just stared at me as if i were an idiot can somebody explain the difference?

spartans are super human, high jump, strength, etc.
regular soliders are well regular.
