General Information

As stated in the quote and from personal experience, the dashboard does load up considerably faster that the current one.

Specific Information:
The official beta dashboard version is 2.0.16091.0
The font has been changed and is now a little thicker.
The green color is now solid, and cannot be seen through. It is also a darker shade of green.
"Quickplay" from the dashboard has been renamed to "Recent".
There are ways of downloading the IE app, but only works on the beta dashboard.
The "My Pins" feature is basically a favorites bar, but for games. You can pin Minecraft to the "My Pins" and when you go there next time, there will be a picture of Minecraft.
Zune has been replaced with "Xbox Music"
Bing search has been improved.
This dashboard is in BETA, which means that when it comes out, somethings may be changed.
You CANNOT download the IE app as of yet from the marketplace.
The IE app cannot download pictures, videos, etc.
The IE app DOES NOT have Adobe Flash.
Xbox now "recommends" games to you based off of your play history in the "Games" tab.
Under the "Console Settings" tab in "System", there is a new option. It is called "Xbox Name." This is used to give your Xbox a name over your network, so that when you try to find it on your network, it will show up as whatever you named it.

Battlefield3FTW wrote Guys if you would have read the announcement DaleUK Put up. You would have been able to sign up for the drawing. And it says clearly in the contract "You are not allowed to post pictures of the beta" Or action will be taken
1.Removal of beta from console.
2.Account suspension
3.Criminal Prosecution.
I personally signed up for it.
