Ok so i got a blackberry for my birthday yesterday and the guy in the shop told me to text "BB BOLT ON" to 2300. When i did this i got this message back "Your request to move to blackerry bolt on has been recieved and will be processed in the next 48 hours We'll text you when its done".
Later on that day i noticed 5pounds had been taken off my balance which i presumed was for BBM etc. followed by a text saying "Weve taken 5pounds from your balance for blackberry bolt on it will be up and running in the next 24hours" although my BBM still isnt working?
Whenever i send a contact request i get "Pending Waiting Authorisation" but my friends say they havent got the request? any help or ideas please would be really apreciated! Oh and a reward for the correct answer!

Have them invite you to BBM or try re-installing it.

I did ti just dont get the request. Do i have to wait until o2 text me or what?

I'm with orange, but I basically had a similar problem that my BBM wasn't working, all I had to do was ring them up talk to their customer support.
If you just tell an o2 person "I'd like to activate my blackberry messenger" you should be transferred to the correct department.

take the sim card out let your fone reset and wait then turn it on hope it helped

Take the sim card out of your phone and reset it, if that doesn't work then phone Blackberry up, they'll be able to help you
