Unicorn_Lee46582 wrote it can do both,i was one that got my console ban from their servers but i was ok going on live with other games.my buddy had the same issue also,he tried to create a new profile and it still banned the new profile.also if that happens that way if you were to move that profile that was banned to a new console it would ban that console as well.so the only way to get around it was a new xbox and a new profile.

yeah if you can just make a dummy account on that xbox to see if you have any luck.

hello i no that its gonna be a pain but if you delete your game save off your xbox you will have to start again but you will be aloud to go on everything again, it happened to be really annoyed

good news i went back on that account and went to the auction house and it let me by stuff. but im not going to buy anything over 20 mil to 50 mil.
