Gotham City Impostors is an upcoming first-person shooter multiplayer-only video game set in the universe of DC Comics' Batman. Developed by Monolith Productions and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, the downloadable game will be played from the perspective of two teams each trying to kill the other: one with people dressed like Batman and the other with people dressed like his archenemy, The Joker.

The graphics in this game are really well done. The graphics are not anything compared to Call of duty and battlefield, but they go well with the whole theme of the game. It is a batman themed game so the graphics are not realistic like most other games. Overall the graphics are pretty well done. The brightness, hue, and rendering of the maps are great.

Batman has left Gotham City and the bat and joker impostors see that he has left and they start a war. The Jokers are trying to rip the city apart, while the bats are trying to save the city and stop them.

This game is a arcade game so there is no single player or story mode. The only option in the game is Multiplayer. All the gametypes are a 6v6 match. There are 3 gametypes. The first being Team Deathmatch(50 kills to win). A "domination" like gametype with 3 objectives to capture. The game ends when one team reaches 100 percent. The last game type is a "Demolition" like gametype. The teams have a battery which they most plant in the other teams base. The gameplay is really fun. There are many cool gadgets that makes online even better. There are things such as Sky gliders, rollerskates , grappling hooks, body armor, and much more great thing to increase your online experience. The guns are perfectly balanced. There are no overpowered guns. Another great thing about the gameplay is the option to fully customize your character. You have the option to buy things for your player with in game coins or Microsoft points.

The controls are really simple and easy for a newcomer to the game. The controls are the same from Call of duty. If you ever played Call of Duty and you are playing this game for the first time you will find it really easily to play.

I find Gotham city impostors one of the greatest first person shooter games I have ever played. Some might call it a rip off of Call of duty, but with many features such as gadgets and customizing your character, you will see how good the game really is. It is a arcade game so it does not cost much. The game goes for 1200 Microsoft points or 15 dollars. A must get for Batman fans and fans of first person shooters.
