Once you place the dvd into the tray you must push it closed using your fingers not using the button you would to normally open/close it.

Are you in a folder you made just for that game? Also what storage device do you have selected?

i have a xenon that does that and my games are installed like its that fast what kind of jtag do u have i might be able to help i think it has already installed but if it has not then do this go to your games folder then create a folder with the name of the game you want toinstall then after that go in to that folder and press y and go down to copy dvd and put the game on a push the trey in manually then if it loading screen pops up and dissapers that means its done sopress the right bumper and look for it...if this doesnt work idk what to tell u bro srry hope this helps

When it pops your tray out when you press "Copy DVD" and after you put your game in you have close the tray manually. That means push it in with your finger and wait about 10 seconds then press confirm.

With a JTAG you don't need a DVD.

It's still a good idea to keep your DVD drive, because I had someone send me there HDD to put games on it and he wanted WaW. I downloaded the WaW ISO but no matter what program I tried to put the game on the HDD it simply would not go on. I realized I had the disk and I tried ripping it in XeX Menu and it worked fine. Game got on it and it was all good.
