ive stole lighters before. the things is, where i steal the lighters, the lighters are in such a bad spot. i think the guy behind the counter is starting to see that i steal them cause he always stares at me

Well you can't buy a lighter under 18 but of course, if you find a cashier that is young and unexperienced he may just let you go so your best bet is doing that.

EDIT: A lot of people are saying I can't buy a lighter at Wallgrens if I am under the age of 18. Just post below other stores that I can buy a Bic lighter from.
