EDIT:So if a lvl 32 and 45 have the same accuracy, the 45 would be on top b/c hes a higher level.

it depends on how high your accuracy acctually is. Like if your the first person with a accuracy with 100% (which would really be impossible unless you were boosting or found someone afk and didnt miss a shot for your first shots fired.) And it also goes by your game rank and prestige ect. good question btw.

I belive it is the same way it was in MW2. Who ever was the first to get tht accuracy gets the spots on the leaderboards.

Whoever gets it first. Its chronological. So to use an easier to understand situation, if 10 people are tied with 500 wins, the person who got the 500th win first would be ranked best.

So, for example;

1) XxXL3GiiTXxX 49% Accuracy (1025 shots taken,502 shots hit)
2) XxXD3rrpXxX 49% Accuracy (1020 shots taken,499 shots hit)

I think if I understand everyone's logic that it goes in chronological order basically meaning if you were the first person in the game to get a 100% accuracy rating then you are #1?
