In Solitude, go to where the soldiers are shooting arrows and fighting dummies with swords. Wait for them to shoot the dummies with the arrows. You can take the arrows without anything happening to you

is there any dupe glitches in skyrim that would b funner and easier

Useless post. Just do the Apparel Dupe Glitch on Daedric Armor, and keep selling it for 5000 A piece. Took me 1 in a half to get to 100,000 Gold. Than just spam the shiz out of buying arrows. Got 14,675 Legitimate arrows from doing my method than this waste of time method. But good effort for posting this tho, Still useless.
