So with revelations i got the signature edition of the game but the only thing that is coming up is the multiplayer character, i want the single player blade. The problem is that the mission marker is not coming up for where i can do it. Whoever helps and it work will get 50 rep.

Perhaps you need to reach a certain "mark" in the game. I don't know, but it seams a fair guess.
