The title is correct people. The long awaited release has finally come. A modding tool capable of modding .svg files for Black Ops.

It may only be possible in TU8 since TU9 and up resets the activeaction dvar. But i wouldn't know since I don't have Black Ops anymore. Yes, i know this is stuck in the Xbox Modding Programs Forum, but i figured i'd post this here since some people might not have noticed yet.

i cant get it to work....keeps giving me error report messages....ive got the newest framework and all that....does it not support win XP ?
