How do I get it so it is like a website as the ip instead of an actuall ip.

Like speedcap.net

if it is a vps, then i dont think you can.
but if its your pc, then try going to dnydns.org

Well you buy a domain from go daddy or any other place go to the dns manager and change the a zone to the server ip.

idk what vps you have but you can set it up with my vps...

my minecraft provider set up a tut for it in the email i have gotten from them
