right i keep getting a popup saying my computer is being attacked from a remote host. attack from 12.121.230.87;11253

attack has been classified as a remote code execution attempt

win32.agent.dcc

any help,, i have avast but iv scanned the whole computer but it doesnt find any problems

A hacker wants into your computer why I don't know.

The only info I could find on that IP Address is that he has AT&T service and is not in the US or UK.
I would report this to AT&T.

It seems to me that It is only an attempted attack that failed keep scanning your computer often though.

thanks for ur advice,, what is at&t? i dont think i have it can i stil call them even though im not with them? maybe the ip adress is swedish as im in sweden? and its a wireless laptop,, it popped up a couple of times that message but every time was a different ip. it keeps installing programs and shortcuts to porn websites, which i have never been on,, wtf is going on? all this happened after my girlfriend was downloading torrents from thepiratebay (true blood)

can who ever still attack my laptop when its off? i cant watch supernatural or dexter now

I dont know their phone number try looking it up on the internet. However i dont know if they will do anything.

I don't think avast has the option but you may be able to download a free program that blocks ip addresses from accessing your computer.

Possibly injecting files into your hardrive to get information out of it (AVG would most likely find this) or taking information out of it IE. searching for what websites you go to,cookies of those websites, passwords, credit card info anything to commit money laundering or fraud. Also might have a key logger or screen viewer in which it would be spy-ware. Invasion of your computer. If you have been going to known terroristic sites or talking about messed up things or anti-western opinions it could be a agent, sometimes agents use personal computers to that though (EXTREMELY unlikely unless you have friends who are also targeted, still unlikely a agent would be stupid enough to use a unprotected IP. Also if you have any torrent application or P2P file sharing it can cause this. Just depends on what you do on your spare time lol.

problem solved!!! it was anitmalware program it installed itself then it pops up messages trying to trick me to think my pc was infected and someone was hacking it,, so if this ever happens to u go to malwarebytes antimalware,, and it searches ur pc and hunts down the fake viruses and destroys them for free!! now i can get back to supernatural thanks to everyone who tryed to help,, much appriecated

I have had this a number of times, i just master reseted my computer and it was gone.


Before you do this please know it removes absoultely everyting from your computer
