1 - The 1st step is to click were it says "Your Account"
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2 - Now you are at your account. From here you can do many things such as set your status. But first you want to click on "Update Your Profile".

3 - Here you can all the extra info that can go on your profile. The one with the red stars are new.

4 - If you click "Your Account" again you can scroll down and see you friends list. You can add new friends by clicking on there name which takes you to there profile and clicking add to friends list. You can also remove them by doing the same thing.

5 - By clicking right beside that you can see all the people that have sent you friend request. The "+" accepts them and the "-" declines them.

6 - By clicking over again you can see all the messages in you PM box.

7 - Then by clicking over one last time you can see all the user listed my there join date. You can also see there TTG rank, online status, and if they are on your friends list.

8 - Now if you scroll down you can see "Recent Activity" for your profile. (who posted on your wall and when and stuff like that)

9 - By clicking over you can see the last 10 topics you have made and the last 10 post you have made. You can also see how many post you have and how many times you have been thanked for a post.

10 - Here you can see the last 10 comments you have made on the news topic at the front page.
