got a new problem, after doing the system restore on my laptop, iv downloaded windows media player and allowed access to my 360 through media sharing, but my 360 doesnt find my laptop??? why does my laptop find my xbox but xbox doesnt find the laptop? hope my problem makes sense

can someone please look at this, i dont know whats wrong,, iv turned off my firewall and my xbox stil cant find my laptop, its so frustrating because i never had this problem last time i connected the two

If your trying to watch films etc through pc on tv or images/music i went into windows media player found some settings where it said like allow xbox 360 my laptop is wireless so it goes through router/ethernet into xbox :/ dunno if i helped..

yeah iv done allow media sharing to my 360,, its wen im on my 360 it says no computers found, iv turned off my firewall and heard from someone that norton can be a pest to accept it so i uninstalled that but still no joy

im getting a computer wizard around tomoz to check it out,, i keep finding forums that say change the firewall ports or open them, or change the ip address but im hopeless at all that, seem to make more problems than solve, once i kinda switched off my hard drive instead of changing the name of it hahah doesnt help that my laptop is swedish and im a scouser,, barely know the english lanuage properly haha
