So theres a few numbers i need to get off my old phone that wernt saved as contacts that are in my calling logs. is there ANY possible way i can get these? i cant restore my icloud on my newest phone if thats the way, so is there any others?

You could always contact your provider and ask for a list of recent calls from your number. I think they have a record of them.
