im trying to do a recovery for a friend and every time i try to download the profile it says "sorry, somethings wrong with your microsoft account
error code 80151012
any idea on how to fix this
also i have tried 3 different servers so that isnt the problem
i have cleared my cache and unplugged for a few second and nothing seems to be working

Sign into xbox.com first. Get the verification code from him. Then download the profile.
