it just shows a 6 hour countdown and im pretty sure people are playing on ps4 right? if so how do i do it?

Some people managed to get the disc early from local suppliers/stores. Don't think there's a way to get it early digitally.

Unsure how PS work, but my guess, No. You pre-ordered it on your region therefore it won't release until 6 hours time.
